Alicia’s Journey & What Drove Her To Pursue a Career As A Health Coach?
It was her own sickness.
Alicia was first diagnosed with PCOD (Poly-Cystic Ovarian Disease) at age 14, and by the age of 18 she was suffering with not only PCOD but chronic fatigue, depression, anxiety and acne, chronic constipation, struggle to maintain a healthy weight, and many more complications.
Alicia dreamed of being an international model who would travel the world, but because she felt so sick she couldn’t imagine living up to her dreams. Her doctors weren’t encouraging at all and led her to believe that she would live with these illnesses forever and might spend the rest of her life taking medications, but deep down Alicia knew her health was degrading the more medication the doctors prescribed.
So, Alicia decided to take her health into her own hands.
In as little as 6 months, Alicia's PCOD was gone, as well as everything else just naturally disappeared over time.
Alicia has been a Whole Food Plant Based Vegan for over 10 years now; she is thriving with energy, always smiling, has impeccable health and at the age of 31 she looks more youthful then when she was 18!
Alicia plans to spend the rest of her life coaching and helping others achieve their optimum health and wellbeing goals so they too can THRIVE, not just survive!
